The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL                        
NO. 197 An Act prohibiting increases in health insurance premiums              
if the insured is a victim of domestic violence and recommended it             
be replaced with

An Act relating to insurance covering an insured                              
who is a victim of domestic violence and requiring
